Everyone has at least one thing which they do every day willingly or unwillingly, but I used to do one thing in day, not for one time but as many as time I want, I am a typical "chai lover",tea is not beverage for me its like a booster which always gives me energy and makes me enthusiastic.

Chai is that word which always makes me happy and the only thing I never deny to anyone when offered. It goes with every mood, every situation, it is a love of my heart. It is the only thing which does not belong to my mood swings, in fact, it is like something which I love to take in any situation.for me its like blood group is equal to tea positive.

Chai is not a drink it is a sentiment, sometimes I feel I don't drink tea to wake up, I wake up to drink tea.it refreshes the mind like nothing and that is the reason someone says that a cup of tea is a cup of peace. You can't obtain happiness however you'll be able to obtain tea and that is the reasonably identical factor.
I feel behind every successful woman, is a substantial amount of tea which gives her the mental strength to achieve her progress. nowadays people are realising that there is tea to suit every mood and moment, the other fact is it can work well with food too. research shows that tea drinkers are probably fewer stressors.
These reasons are now taking tea to such limelight that every locality or any area has at least one cafe or has any kind of chai shop available there.

Now, these shops are now becoming more popular than other local restaurants. an increment in popularity of tea now got to give new ideas to shop keeper to design their cafe with innovation.there is one cafe in my area and it is the highest crowded place in my locality, this place is love for a tea lover, they provide their services about to 1 am in the morning.

They are that famous because of their unique recipes and unique flavours of chai including varieties of flavours, where my favourite is chocolate tea which they serve in a clay pot called  ""kulhad". The taste of" kulhad" mix with tea gives the feeling of heaven.

As I am having fond of tea I always love to try out various kinds of tea. There are some various flavours that are usually available in markets like tulsi flavoured, ginger flavour, herbal tea powder and these are ready-made available in the market and do not require to take extra efforts to separately make them at home.


In India, every street corner must have a chai stall and masala chai flavoured tea available in one among those flavours which is suitable to be had during heavy rains or winters.
This chai is made with a specific masala they called "chai masala". this powdered masala can be made at home and is easily stored for a couple of days and can be used to make this tea at home whenever required.
